The terms "You" or "Your" or "Yourself" shall be used to refer to the Users of the Website and mobile application .  And The term 'We' or 'Us' or 'Our' or 'GG' shall be used to refer to Global Garner.

                 a) Registering as a UPOS Partner to sell products and services of various brands, sellers and                            businesses.

                 b) Registering as UPOS Partner or User on the Website and app, registering other Users on                               Company's website and app

                 c) Availing certain services offered on the Website/ app. Such instances include but are not 

                   limited to making an offer for sale, online purchase, participating in any online survey or 

                   contest, communicating with the company's customer service by phone, email or otherwise or                        posting user  reviews on the items available on the Website, or

                 d)Otherwise doing business on the Website or otherwise dealing with the Company.

We may receive Personal information about you from third parties, such as social media services, commercially available sources and business partners. If you access Website through a social media service or connect a service on Website to a social media service, the information We collect may include your user name associated with that social media service, any information or content the social media service has the right to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends list, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. In some cases, people you share and network with may download, save  or re-share your contents with others on and off our portal. When you comment on another person's post or like their content, audience of such post is of that person. Few of your profile information is public in order to facilitate your interaction with new friends and individuals. 

You will not use the Website in any way which violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law and also violates the rights of the others.

It should be understood that when you register yourself as UPOS Partner, some contents  shall be public to other people, users of Global Garner .

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

The Services are not available to You hereby unless and until you agree unconditionally and permit that the Company may transfer, share, disclose or part with all or any of Your Information, within and outside of the Republic of India to various third party service providers / partners / banks and financial institutions for one or more of the Purposes or as may be required by applicable law. In such case We will contractually oblige the receiving parties of the Information to ensure the same level of data protection that is adhered to by the Company under applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, it is adequate that when the Company transfers Your Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, the Company will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

The Company may share statistical data and other details (other than Your Personal Information) without Your express or implied consent to facilitate various programmes or initiatives launched by the Company, its affiliates, agents, third party service providers, partners or banks & financial institutions, from time to time. Provided that Your right to claim damages shall be limited to the right to claim only statutory damages under Information Technology Act, 2000 and You hereby waive and release the Company and its entities from any claim of damages under contract or under tort.

5.2          If you choose a payment gateway to complete any transaction on Website then Your credit card data may be stored in compliance with industry standards/ recommended data security standard for security of financial information such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

However, the Company is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive Your Personal Information. 6. User Discretion and Opt-Out

6.1          You agree and acknowledge that You are providing your Information out of your free will. You have an option not to provide or permit the Company to collect Your Personal Information or later on withdraw Your consent with respect to such Personal Information so provided herein by sending an email to the Grievance Officer or such other electronic address of the Company as may be notified to You. Further, the Company may not deliver products to You, upon Your order, or the Company may deny you access from using certain services offered on the Website.

10.       Confidentiality of Information. 

10.1      Users who use any of the features on 'Global Garner' agree and accept that they have been fully 

informed by 'Global Garner' that the use of features may lead to publication, to all users of 'Global Garner', of any personal information posted by them while using any specific feature on 'Global Garner'. Users further agree that the authenticity of, and consequences from the posting by users of any personal information of themselves or any other person, are the sole responsibility of the user. Users further agree and accept that the terms of the Privacy Policy will be applicable to the use of all features, existing and new. However, the Users agree and accept that confidentiality of information posted on such features has been waived by the Users of such features themselves.

The User should agree to indemnify and hold 'Global Garner', its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content submitted by the user, users use of the service, breach by the user of any of the representations and warranties herein, or user's violation of any rights of another. 

12.        Grievances 

Global Garner strongly believes in a sincere and transparent approach to its users. You trust and love us and we would never put growth before trust. This policy aims at minimizing instances of customer complaints, grievances and disappointments via channelized approach, review and redressal. The self-review will be of help in identifying shortcomings in the product features and service delivery. If you're disappointed, then at some point in time we've not done a great enough job. Global Garner's policy on grievance redressal follows the under noted principles.

• Our users are to be treated fairly at all times.

• Complaints or concerns raised by users are dealt with an open mind, with courtesy and in a timely manner.

• Users are informed about the channels to escalate their complaints, concerns and grievances within Global Garner and their rights if they are not satisfied with the resolution of their complaints.

• Global Garner will take care of all complaints efficiently and fairly as they value each user.

• All employees at Global Garner must work in good faith and without prejudice to the interests of the users.

We understand that customer grievances can happen due to multiple reasons. It can be because of the gap between the promised service levels and the service levels actually offered. Since we are dealing with humans, a lot of grievances can arise due to the attitudinal and the way communication gets done. It can also happen due to the actual errors across the system. Users have complete authority to file a complaint/ share feedback if they are disappointed by services rendered by Global Garner.
